MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT, Wes Robertson
 

It is my honour to serve as President of the Dufferin-Caledon Conservative Association with David Tilson, our sitting Member of Parliament. Our strong stable majority Conservative government enjoys popular support among Canadians because of our effective legislative agenda and the excellent leadership of our Prime Minister, the Right Honourable Stephen Harper, the cabinet, and M.P.s. I am proud to subscribe to the Conservative ideology that believes in prudent fiscal accountability along with a progressive social policy. We embrace and respect the myriad of traditions in Canada, understanding that Canada is the sum of all its parts. Initiative and excellence should be rewarded and support extended to the vulnerable. We must respect and protect our environment and accept international responsibilities. Our message has been extended to and affirmed by the voters in Dufferin-Caledon and we will continue to work hard to reward their trust by governing ethically with honesty, integrity, and concern for the best interests of all.
